Am I eligible to apply for a hotspot?
-These hotspots are available only for K-12 students
-Located in Northern NJ or NYC
-One hotspot per household (multiple students can be on the hotspot at a time)
-Low to moderate household income (According to Federal Poverty Index)
-Nominated by a non-profit/school
-Written statement indicates true need for the hotspot

What is included?
-You will receive a Moxee hotspot, that have an unlimited data plan and built-in
Enterprise Traffic Protector (ETP) content filtering
-The hotspot will be completely free for a year

How do I know my application status?
-After submitting your application you should receive an automatic email, if you don't get this email your application was not submitted
-We will contact you within 2-4 weeks of submitting your application to let you know if you have been approved for a hotspot.
-We have limited supply, therefore, will be selective based on need

How do I use/connect to my hotspot?
1. Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the welcome logo appears
on the display. After a few seconds, the Wi-Fi signal icon will appear on the
display.
2. Look for the network (SSID) “Moxee HotspotXX_2.4G”or “Moxee
HotspotXX_5G”, where XX are the last two digits of the device IMEI.
3. Click “Connect” and enter the default password found on your device. Your Wi-
Fi SSID and password information can be found on your device’s “Wi-Fi Info” screen or on the SSID label located underneath the battery cover.
